True Lash Boutique is the brain child of Scarlet Nguyen. Scarlet was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam. She was one of the most successful TV Producers in Vietnam, however, she left that life behind to pursue her dreams in the United States. With a passion for the beauty world, Scarlet enrolled in Cosmetology school and became a licensed aesthetician and manicurist. She gained experience and knowledge working in some of Orange County and Miami’s high-end salons and built up her loyal high profile clients. Although Scarlet has a computer science degree, she never saw herself in the typical office 9 to 5 job. The joy and purpose Scarlet finds in making others’ feel their best is what drives her passion in this industry. It is with this passion, Scarlet decided to open up her own beauty business and pursue her mission to make sure every woman who walks through True Lash Boutique’s door will be welcomed into a relaxing environment and walks out feeling like a better version of herself.
